Dean Tong, MSc., BS, holds a Masters of Science in Child Forensic Studies in Psychology and the Law from the Universities of Portsmouth/Leeds in the United Kingdom (2006).

1990'S Attended scores of conference seminars and plenary sessions dealing with child custody, and parental alienation syndrome given by Richard Gardner, M.D., Douglas Darnall, Ph.D., and Philip Stahl, Ph.D., at the Childrens Rights Council, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1999.

2000 Attended an all-day workshop given by Stephen Ceci, Ph.D., Co-Author of Jeopardy in the Courtroom, Feb. 24, 2000 with Tampa Florida's Louis De La Parte Mental Health Institute on *Preserving the Reliability of Childrens Testimonies*. 7.0 CEU's.

October 2004: Attended an all day workshop given by Kathryn Kuehnle, Ph.D. entitled: "Complex Child Custody Evaluations Involving Allegations of Incest and Abuse." Completed 6.0 hours of training at the University of South Florida in Tampa , Florida

EXPERIENCE

Professional and independent Forensic Consultant on divorce, child custody, child abuse-related, domestic violence, sex crimes and repressed memory cases, with a concentration in parental alienation, false accusations and mental health disorders. In cases over the past several years Dean Tong has been retained by parents and attorneys from the following 46 states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV.

Dean Tong, as Forensic Consultant, assists attorneys and individuals accused of abuse and/or those embroiled in protracted child custody litigation, nationally, with case intake, selection of experts, coordinating psychosexual, psychological and polygraph testing of the accused, legal research relative to help on motions, case law, depositions, request for admissions, et al, the application of science to the law, and overall forensic guidance of court cases. His selection of experts includes: Registered Custody Evaluators; Parental Alienation and Relocation Experts; Borderline Personality Experts; polygraph examiners; psychosexual assessors; forensic pediatricians; miscellaneous medical doctors; criminal, civil, juvenile and administrative expert attorneys; Guardians-Ad-Litem; private investigators; Suggestibility Experts (Child Developmental Psychologists), Attachment Theory Experts, and Psychologists that critique Social Services and other Psychologists.In addition, Mr. Tong, personally, assists family/juvenile and criminal court attorneys at both depositions and trials.

In December 2001, Mr. Tong was qualified as and tendered as an expert witness by Attorney - State Legislator Charles Rusty Webb in Case. No. 98-D-47, Drake v. Drake, out of Parkersburg, West Virginia. In January 2003, Mr. Tong was tendered by Attorney Timothy Lapointe and provided expert testimony in a family court case from Iowa in the case of Kaduce v. Kaduce.

In addition, Mr. Tong is a Florida licensed Laboratory Medical Technologist in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology and Microbiology, License Number TN 19505, with over 20 years of experience in clinical lab settings testing blood and bodily fluids, speaker, radio talk show host and author.

Dean Tong and his critically acclaimed book Elusive Innocence have received mention by Dr. Gordon Finley, Professor of Psychology at Florida International University in Miami. Tong's book is referenced in the following article within the following treatise:

September 23, 2000: Dean Tong presented a paper entitled *The Separation of Families Without Investigation*: The Abuse of Science versus the Science of Abuse, at the F.A.C.T. (Fathers Are Capable Too) Parenting Conference in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Tong spoke alongside the well-known Canadian Senator, the Honorable Anne Cools.

Dean Tong, in May 2001, presented for the fifth time in the last ten years at the Children's Rights Council in Bethesda, MD. His workshop was entitled CAUGHT IN THE CROSSFIRE: Dispelling the Myths in Child Abuse and Custody Cases.

Dean Tong presented in October 2002 for the sixth time in the last eleven years at the Children's Rights Council. His workshop was entitled "True versus False Allegations of Child Abuse."
